First: Up-grading education buildings (lavatories)
To contribute to offering appropriate classrooms and encourage students to receive education, the association shares in upgrading school buildings which are in a severe state of degradation aiming to help students to complete the school year without interruptions.
In this context, the Association adopted an initiative to develop the efficiency of education buildings according to a cooperation protocol with the Ministry of Education and the education administration of Alsayeda Zeinab to develop and upgrade a number of governmental schools (buildings, bathrooms, equipment, ..). A number of governmental schools have already been upgraded, such as:

Second: training and development
Since AFNCI is seeking to eliminate different types of cancer (cancer of poverty, ignorance and sickness) the Association started, in collaboration with university students, to implement a number of projects to contribute to qualifying youth in different age groups to be the seeds for the development of the society. In this context it has established the following projects:
The project is targeting this specific age group for its effect in forming the personality of the individual. The project aims at developing life and teamwork skills for those students in addition to making them aware of their role in building the society.
It consists of 8 workshops, each of which comprising 5 lectures to cover the fields of engineering and management. The workshops are held at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, Sheraton branch.
Students from different universities share in the workshops, including Cairo, Ain Shams, Helwan universities plus the Academy students.
The project started in February 24, until May, 5, 2018
